For nearly 17 years, the federal government has been after Charles Lynch for running a medical marijuana dispensary. On Tuesday afternoon, the government offered Lynch a plea deal. Lynch said yes. He agreed to misdemeanor possession of marijuana, meaning Lynch wouldn’t spend a day in prison.
